You may request a return if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Note: Opened software, downloadable products, and customized orders are non-returnable.

Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, Yakhfa will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund total.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and items to help us process your claim faster.
